Rebecca excels at optimizing operations and helping others reach their peak performance. Before raising two daughters for 18 years, she was instrumental in launching America’s Floor Source. In 2008, Rebecca co-founded the nonprofit In Christy’s Shoes, which raised over two million dollars, benefiting six local nonprofits aiding women in challenging circumstances. Leveraging her nonprofit success, Rebecca started Kreating Boldly, empowering business owners by supporting their vision and streamlining workflows. Her expertise in time management, organization, and client relations underpins the systems and processes that form the foundation for collective success.
